Starting in March 2009 the Vestra Breakthrough Program has been specifically designed for businesses that are at a crossroad, ideally suited for the small business operator who is putting in as much time and hard work as they can, but if they stop for any reason, the business stops also. The Vestra Breakthrough Program has been specifically designed to allow you to focus on what you want to achieve personally, design a business that allows you to do this, and identify now issues that might stop you in the future so you can put preventative measures in place.

The program is made up of two full-day workshops three weeks apart, with one-on-one advice after each session from a Vestra advisor to assist you to develop your personal and business plan.

  • The basic fundamentals of business finance.
  • The difference between cash flow and profit.
  • What your financial statements are desperately trying to tell you.
  • It won't make you an accountant but it will ensure you get better value when you talk to one.


The One-on-One Advice: What does this mean for you?

About a week after each session a Vestra advisor will visit your business, or you can visit us, review the content of the previous session and help apply it to your business. They will discuss the issues you are having and help you identify the ‘blockers' in your business that are stopping you from achieving your goals, setting you tasks to achieve within allocated time frames.
